Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge.
  • No Call/No Show will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment.
  • If cancellation payments cannot be collected, pre-payment will be required for future bookings.

Our team will work diligently to find the most appropriate solution—this may include recommending an alternative treatment or rescheduling you with a different therapist who may be better suited to your individual needs and preferences.
