She focuses on the mind body correlation to improve wellness and decrease adverse effects of disease processes. Focusing on pain relief and overall good health and well being.
A graduate of Guilford Technical Community College, with a certification in neuromuscular therapy. I also specialize in a variety of modalities, including relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage. Whether clients are seeking stress relief or targeted muscle work, I tailors each session with care and intention.
When I am not in the treatment room, you can find me in the kitchen trying new recipes or swimming—my favorite way to reset and restore.

I earned my Executive MBA in 2011 and obtained advanced certifications from the International Naturopathic College in Hong Kong, specializing in Neuro-Beautogist and Flower Therapy.
